In a desperate attempt to boost their abysmal ratings, CNN has decided to air episodes of Real Time With Bill Maher starting later this month. Variety reports that new episodes of Real Time will air on CNN on Saturdays at 8 pm, the day after they premiere on Max, starting Saturday, March 23.

Amy Entelis, executive vice president of talent, original programming, and creative development for CNN Worldwide, said in a statement, “The addition of Real Time With Bill Maher to CNN’s weekend primetime lineup marks the start of a commitment and investment into topical entertainment programming that we’re bringing to the weekends.”
