Former FEC Commissioner Brad Smith has exposed Judge Merchan’s favoritism towards Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, claiming, “The judge’s bias is very evident.”

Smith was silenced from testifying on crucial campaign finance law interpretations, while Michael Cohen was allowed to pontificate endlessly on the same subject.

As Smith pointed out, “The jury got its instructions on FECA from Michael Cohen!” This is not a fair trial; it’s a kangaroo court designed to take down Trump.

DA Bragg’s desperate theory hinges on unproven violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act, which neither the FEC nor DOJ pursued. Yet, the judge’s restrictive rulings on expert testimony speak volumes.
