2. FAA has no authority in this matter in a foreign country beyond the registration of the aircraft
3. With NO cut in Air Traffic Controllers (ATC), there is no change in operational issues.
4. Look back to the Reagan era, he fired most ATC employees if they did not go back to work. During that time I NEVER had a single problem with ATC or their procedures.”
