Here’s The Scoop
In a shocking display of disrespect, “The View” cohost Joy Behar recently suggested that former Governor Nikki Haley (R-SC) is staying in the 2024 presidential race just in case something happens to the frontrunner, former President Donald Trump.
Behar’s vile comment came in response to cohost Whoopi Goldberg’s question about Haley’s path forward after consecutive losses in the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary.
Behar’s response?
“Well, in the words of Lawrence O’Donnell, ‘maybe he’ll choke on a cheeseburger,'” she said, earning laughs from her fellow cohosts and the audience.
This tasteless remark is yet another example of the left’s disdain for Trump and their eagerness to celebrate any misfortune that may befall him.

Cohost Alyssa Farah Griffin, who has expressed her preference for Haley in the Republican primary, defended Haley’s decision to stay in the race.
“I don’t think there’s anything wrong with continuing to fight,” she said, adding that Trump has set up the primary to favor him.
Meanwhile, cohost Sunny Hostin praised faux-conservative Ana Navarro, who claims to be a Republican despite her opposition to most of the Republicans currently in office.
Hostin argued that “real Republicans” needed to vote for Biden, and Griffin appeared open to the idea.
This exchange on “The View” demonstrates the left’s continued obsession with undermining Trump and their willingness to cross the line in their attempts to discredit him.
It’s time for these so-called journalists to focus on the issues at hand and stop resorting to cheap shots.
